The Diane Mitchell Juniorettes is a junior extension of the Ossoli Club of Corbin. They are named after a beloved community member who devoted countless hours to the Ossoli Club, Mrs. Diane Mitchell. She was also an advocate for many other community events. During her career, she was a beloved English teacher at Corbin High School.
The Juniorettes started at CHS in 2023 with just 6 members. They became officially chartered in the spring of 2025, and now have 21 members for the current school year! Some of their community service projects have included making thank-you baskets for the staff at Corbin Hospital, giving teachers at Corbin High School baked goods, and raising money for the Eli Hill Foundation. In addition, they also help the Ossoli Club of Corbin prepare for their annual May Day Festival.
Current Officers are: President Macey Disney, Vice President Kylie Cuel, and Secretary Lillian Scearse. The faculty advisor is Kristi Taylor.
